Fred's role is to provide vision and team leadership. He is also the Co-Founder of Clearly Agile, Inc., an award-winning group of developers that build custom business applications for cloud and mobile platforms. He holds multiple certifications from the Scrum Alliance and the Project Management Institute. Fred manages and directs the team of software developers within SYNUMA.

Paul is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Business Management. He is a multi-unit franchisee of two successful concepts. Paul previously worked in Executive positions at Marriott International, Service America, Kraft Foods, Concessions International, Dock 3, PMG Development, and FSC Franchise Co.
Tiffany holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. She is an expert in the Site Development process with a specialty in compressing development time frames. Tiffany has held management positions in the Development Departments of Bloomin' Brands (Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, Outback, Flemings), World of Beer, and FSC Franchise Co.
Sandy Friedman founded MediRegs, a health care compliance and reimbursement software and publishing company in 1999. MediRegs created the ComplyTrack GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) workflow software. ComplyTrack is unique in health care GRC because of its integration with the complementary MediRegs suite of regulatory reference databases, as well as MediRegs reimbursement coding tools and calculators. There is a widespread installed base of MediRegs products and services in hospitals and other health care provider communities. MediRegs was acquired by Wolters Kluwer and is now part of Wolters Kluwer Legal and Regulatory Solutions.
Prior to founding MediRegs, Sandy started Counterpoint Publishing, which was among the first CD-ROM and Internet publishers. Counterpoint specialized in environmental, safely, and health (EHS) regulatory databases and software. The company published the first electronic version of the complete United States Federal Register and Code of Federal Regulations. Counterpoint’s software and databases were widely used in the US and around the world. Counterpoint was acquired by Thomson Reuters.
Before he founded Counterpoint, Sandy worked for 20 years in strategic marketing for computer hardware and software companies. At Data General he worked on the AViiON and Clariion projects. When he was at Digital Equipment Corporation, his focus was DEC scientific workstations. At Analogic Corporation, Sandy worked in the advanced development group on array processors and imaging systems.
Fred Mastropasqua is the co-founder of Clearly Agile, Inc., a custom software development company specializing in both cloud and mobile platforms in 2014. Clearly Agile Inc, in connection with project management and retail development experts, created the Synuma platform.
Prior to the founding of Clearly Agile, Inc., Fred worked with Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Manager in IT Applications, managing and overseeing WK’s Tampa Offices. During his time at WK, Fred managed the software team that built ComplyTrack GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) workflow software.
Fred is both an Agile Coach and Agile Trainer, bringing the experience of agile using the Scrum Framework. Under his leadership, Clearly Agile, Inc was nominated for Technology Project of the Year for 2016. Fred was nominated and became a finalist for both Technologist of the Year and Emerging Technology Leader of the Year in 2016.
